Part #3 Where to start if you’re a real estate agent and you have no idea where to start with Facebook ads

This blog post is intended for those who need help figuring out where to start with Facebook ads and how to generate quality leads from Facebook.

Part three will teach you how to create a good quality Facebook ad if you don't know where to start.

When promoting specific properties, what are you looking for?

You get a lead when you advertise a specific property, the person interested in it.

Since they can see the property's features, they are already somewhat qualified.

It gives you an obvious indication. So even if that person doesn't want to buy that property, that's fine.

You can then see what other similar properties they are interested in.

In order to prepare a good ad, you should have as many photos as possible.

Outside, inside, garden house, kitchen, bedroom, bedroom, bathroom, right?

It is important to have all the information you need.

It is very important to know the price and the location.

A generalist ad will attract many people, so avoid posting one.

Yet, unqualified people because they do not know the price of the properties, nor have seen the properties.

What is the best way to ensure they will buy or like anything you show them?

If you are advertising a specific property in a specific area, you show the price, you show all the features, you show more photos - not just one, but three, four or five

Later, we'll discuss that.

When you put a full description, you will get fewer leads, which is great because you will be able to handle fewer leads easier.

In a hundred, only 10 will be interested in that particular property.

That property will be of interest to them.

It will be much easier for you to close one of those leads than to deal with a hundred people who just want information about any property and don't even know the price.

They don't even know what the properties look like.

This strategy works well when it comes to generating quality leads on Facebook.

My experience here in Spain is that 80% of people you get through Facebook ads for one property later buy a different one.

Leads can be generated through any ad or property.

The only thing that matters is that you get it.

The leads will be qualified based on the price, location, and style of the property, so you can offer similar properties to them.

Basically, you want your pictures sorted out, you want your price, you want all your features, and you want a really good description.

In contrast to a generalised ad, you want to market one property - one ad will focus on one specific property.

You'll get fewer leads, but they'll be more qualified this way.
